WHY I WROTE THIS BOOK
For many years my father, Igor Razbornik and I have been working together on EU projects. We have built a strong partnership, training and guiding project writers through our international EU Project Development Workshops - 10 Weeks 10 Teams. Together, we have developed strategies and tools to improve project development and make them fundable.
Throughout his 22 years of Erasmus+ Project development, Igor has been dedicated to creating the right strategies to improve his skills in developing Erasmus+ applications. We would test his systems for management, development & communication in various workshops, whether in private workshops or with previous project partners. With the support and engagement of many project partners, we have improved these systems, leading to the creation of our project management team, experts in our field. We have helped many organisations succeed with our unique Project Development Framework. I am proud of our many projects and can finally show you exactly how I did them.
This book guides new and beginner project writers for Erasmus+ projects and experienced writers looking to perfect their skills. It is based on my personal experience and the knowledge and expertise I've gained through my active participation and contribution in all the seminars, workshops, and online courses organised to provide educational tools to the participating teams.
